Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit or full payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid on the check-in day or the date of your appointment/reservation.
Late Payment Fees:
A late payment fee of $15 will automatically be added if payment is not received within 3 days after the check-out date or after services are rendered. An additional fee of $30.00 will be imposed for every 7 days the invoice remains unpaid. If any payment remains unpaid for 30 days after the due date, a 10% charge of the total bill will be applied.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: For non-peak periods (April, July, August, Sept, Oct)
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours from reservation date to receive full refund of 50% deposit. Alternatively, rescheduling is permitted within 3 months from cancellation date. Only applicable to non-peak period. (Subject to availability)
For peak periods (Jan, Feb, Mar, May, June, Nov, Dec)
Due to high demand during peak periods, 50% security deposit will be forfeited for cancellations on peak period. Alternatively, rescheduling is permitted within 3 months from cancellation date (Subject to availability)
PayPal Payments: If you choose to make payments via PayPal, please note that PayPal service charges will not be refunded.
Rescheduled Credits: Rescheduled credits have a validity of 3 months and must be utilized within that period from the date of cancellation.
Reservation Holding: During peak periods, we can hold unconfirmed reservations for up to 3 days, while during non-peak periods, reservations can be held for up to 5 days. Reservations will be released if the required deposit is not made within the specified period.
Visitation Booking: Advanced booking is essential for any visitation. You can contact us via WhatsApp or by calling us at 81890390.
Registration Form: A registration form must be completed before your check-in or grooming day. This includes for shared cabins within the same household.
Medical Documents: Applicable to cats staying in our Cat Hotel, all necessary medical documents must be submitted to us before the check-in day.
Please ensure that you provide all the required information for your cat's boarding or grooming session, and that the information is accurate and complete. Failure to comply may result in rejection for boarding due to the strict regulations under AVS boarding licensing.
Social Media Sharing:
We may share your cat's videos/pictures on our social media platforms. If you have concerns about confidentiality, please inform us in advance.
